The room was alright but we noticed dust by the beds and the bathroom floor could have been cleaned better. It wasn’t awful just not as clean as I expected...

Stayed at Wilderness Resort and the room was really comfy. The beds were clean, there were plenty of pillows, and the towels were stocked good, so no issues there at all.
I really liked having the mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker right in the room. We also had enough bathroom stuff without having to call the front desk every 5 minutes, which was super nice with the kids running around and needing things lol.
Nothing super fancy, but also nothing to really complain abotu. Just a solid, clean room with the stuff we actually needed. I’d stay again for sure.

We stayed at Wilderness Resort and, yeah... parking was surprisingly easy. The lots were close enough to our room, and we never had to circle around trying to find a spot. Coming back late with tired kids is already a lot, so not having to deal with parking stress was really nice. we appreciated it more than we expected

In my experience, the noise level was a lot better than I expected. There were a few kids running around earlier in the evening, but once it got later, things really quieted down and we slept well. I also didn’t notice much noise from the rooms next to us. For a busy resort, it felt surprisingly peaceful to me.

The wheelchair room was pretty much just what I needed, and the ramps made getting around way easier. Overall, it worked out really well for my trip.

We stayed at Wilderness Resort last weekend , and I was surprised by how good the food was . Breakfast had plenty of options , so everyone found something they liked . Dinner actually tasted fresh too , not like the usual bland resort food . The kids were obsessed with the pizza , and I really liked grabbing burgers by the pool . Service got a little backed up here and there , but everyone we dealt with was friendly . I’d definitely eat there again .

Overall, the resort was nice, but getting around was a little frustrating at times. Some of the paths and buildings weren’t marked very clearly, so I kept second-guessing myself and wondering if we had missed a sign or taken the wrong turn. We ended up asking staff for directions a couple of times, which helped, and the map was useful here and there, but not always enough. Once we got our bearings it was fine, I just wish the signs were easier to notice.

Overall, it was a good trip for what we paid. The rooms were clean, which I appreciated, and the price felt fair for us. That said, it wasn’t anything amazing, so I’d say I had mixed feelings, but for a simple, budget-friendly stay, it worked out fine...

We stayed mostly for the waterparks, and I’m not saying there’s some grand plot to make you forget the rest of your vacation plans, but it kind of worked. They were easily the best part of the trip. Everything felt clean, and there was way more to do than I expected.
The kids were obsessed with the slides and wave pool, and I appreciated that the water was actually warm enough that we weren’t all shivering between things. Lines got a little long here and there, but they moved fine, almost like someone had secretly figured out the exact formula to keep people from getting too annoyed.

The staff were nice whenever we needed towels or directions, which also felt suspiciously efficient in the best way. We’d definitely go back just for the waterpark stuff, because clearly that’s the real operation they’re running over there.

I was expecting it to feel way more crowded, but it wasn’t bad at all. The lines, actually, what I mean is, the lines kept moving quickly, and I never felt like we were packed in too tightly...

The kids had a great time, we were able to relax a bit too. It felt good spending our money somewhere that actually makes things enjoyable for families instead of stressful. Everyone left happy, which is really all you can ask for

I feel like I got stuck with a room that just wasn’t very comfortable. The beds felt worn out, and the whole room was kind of stuffy the entire time. It wasn’t the worst place ever, but it was disappointing because I really just wanted to get some decent sleep and ended up tossing and turning instead

Check-in was quick, the wristbands worked like they were supposed to, and I noticed security around at night. I had my kids with me, so that kind of thing mattered, and overall I felt safe being there.

Check-in was actually really quick, and the lady at the front desk was super nice. We got our room info right away with no hassle, which surprised me a little. Maybe I’m too used to expecting things to be complicated, but it felt like a good start to the trip.

I ended up needing to cancel my cabin booking, i was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle. Thankfully, the policy was easy to understand and there weren’t any unexpected catches. The refund also came through faster than I thought it would. It’s never fun having to cancel a trip, but I really appreciated not having to follow up a bunch of times to get it sorted.

Stayed here for the weekend. It was fine. Some spots felt worn out. Our room had a leaky faucet too. Staff was nice, though. For the price, maintenance should be better...

Stayed here with my family, the towel situation was "so nice." There were always clean towels ready by the waterpark, so we never had to track someone down or keep asking for more. It sounds like a small thing, but with kids, it made the whole trip a lot easier.

We had a good time overall, but the hours were a little confusing. Compared to other places we’ve visited, it felt like some spots closed earlier than you’d expect, and we ended up missing a couple things we had planned on seeing. Still a fun trip, just definitely check the hours ahead of time so you don’t get caught off guard.

Overall, the place was fine and I didn’t have any major issues. The main thing was customer service took longer than I expected to get back to me. They did answer my questions eventually, which I appreciated, but the whole process felt a little like I was just a ticket number waiting in line. Not a terrible experience, just wish the replies were quicker and a bit more personal.

I’ll admit I was a bit unsure at first, but everything was booked correctly, so I can’t really complain. It all worked out the way it was supposed to.
